When they book their first trip with us, we’ll give you a £100 credit towards your next adventure AND we’ll also give them a £100 discount on their trip too! It’s a win win situation!
Designed for our loyal One Himalaya adventurers, we’ve introduced our new Refer a Friend scheme!
You’ll need to have travelled with us previously or have a current/upcoming booking with One Himalaya Ltd. If that’s the case, if you know someone else who’d enjoy a Himalayan trek, tour, safari, retreat or any of our other adventures, simply tell them about us and you could both end up making a saving.
How does it work?
It’s very easy.
- You’ve been chatting with a friend, colleague, family member, neighbour, telling them about your travels. You give them your unique referral code to use when they make a booking.
- When they book and use the unique code, they’ll save £100 off the cost of their adventure and you’ll also receive £100 credit towards you next booking – which might be the same trip if you’re travelling together or a completely separate trip.
- There’s NO limit to how much adventure credits you can earn, so if you refer a few friends, you can knock hundreds off your next trip – refer 10 friends who book, and your One Himalaya credit is £1,000

All you need is to email us at hello@one-himalaya.com or call us on +44 (0)28207 68975 and ask for your unique referral code.
Pass that on to the person(s) you’d like to refer and when they start using it to book their adventures, you can start collecting your £100 credits. Easy!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS - REFER A FRIEND SCHEME
We're delighted you'd like to refer a friend so they can enjoy their own great One Himalaya adventure. There are some terms and conditions important to be aware of as part of our refer a friend scheme - read on to find out more.
For the person recommending One Himalaya Ltd and referring a friend (the Recommender):
- The offer is available to One Himalaya Ltd customers who recommend their friends and/or families to travel with One Himalaya Ltd for their first trip.
- Recommenders will receive a £100 One Himalaya credit for each booking they generate (no maximum); please note that the credit is issued on a per booking basis not per person.
- The recommended person(s) must quote the recommender’s unique reference number at the time of making their booking.
- We will provide a unique reference number on request (email or phone) to the recommender which can then be shared with friends/family you are referring.
- Once the new booking is confirmed, One Himalaya will apply a £100 per person discount to the recommended person and will also register a £100 credit for the recommender.
- Only customers who have travelled previously or currently have a booking with One Himalaya Ltd are eligible to receive a Recommend a Friend unique code.
- One Himalaya credits are valid for bookings made within one year of the issue date, although travel can be later than one year.
- One Himalaya credits can only be redeemed against new bookings; they cannot be redeemed against the balance on existing bookings.
- One Himalaya credits may not be exchanged for cash and are non-transferrable.
- One Himalaya credits can be used in conjunction with other One Himalaya offers.
- Staff of One Himalaya Ltd are not eligible for this offer.
- One Himalaya Ltd reserves the right to cancel credits should the recommended person/ people cancel their booking.
- One Himalaya Ltd reserves the right to refuse credits should the Recommend a Friend offer be misused.
- There is no end date for the Recommend a Friend Scheme. however One Himalaya reserves the right to withdraw it at any time; should the offer be withdrawn One Himalaya credits already issued will remain valid.
Terms and Conditions for Recommended customers:
- The £100 per person discount is available to new customers booking with One Himalaya for the first time, and who have been recommended by an existing customer. The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.
- Recommended customers must quote the recommender’s unique reference code. One Himalaya Ltd will then apply a £100 per person discount to the recommended person or people.
- Please note prices shown on One Himalaya's website do not include the discount.
- The offer is applicable on any One Himalaya trip, subject to availability.
- Upon receipt of your booking confirmation, please check the unique code has been applied.
- The offer can be used in conjunction with other One Himalaya promotions.
- Staff of One Himalaya Ltd are not eligible for this offer
- The offer is subject to availability and One Himalaya reserves the right to withdraw it at any time.
