10 days of Christmas Terms & Conditions

The 10 days of Christmas promotion which includes trip discounts and giveaways, is open to individuals aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of One Himalaya Ltd and their families or anyone professionally associated with the promoter (suppliers, partner organisations etc). 
The promotional period starts on Sunday 15 December and closes at 23:59 hours GMT on Tuesday 24 December 2024.

Trip discounts

• The per person discount (as stated on each promotion) applies to new bookings only, made between Sunday 15^th December 2024 and Tuesday 31st December 2024, for travel on any available departure date during 2025.
• Travel must be completed by 31 December 2025.
  The offer is available on the specific small group adventure trips mentioned in each offer as well as private group bookings. For private group bookings a minimum of 2 people travelling together is required to be valid for the promotional discount.
• The discount is off the trip price only; additional services such as flights, single supplements, additional hotel nights, extension trips, additional transfers or activities not in the itinerary are not discounted.
• The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.  
• As per our standard terms & conditions, it is not possible to cancel an existing booking and then rebook the same trip and/or departure date to take up any current special offer.
• The offer can be used in conjunction with One Himalaya’s Refer a Friend offer. 
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any currently discounted dates of the listed trips in this offer.
• The trip offers are only available to customers booking directly with One Himalaya.
• The trip offers/discounts cannot be used towards the deposit of a holiday. It will be deducted from the final balance for the booked trip.
• Please quote "ADVENTURE25" at the time of booking to qualify for the offer, or if booking online via email or our Booking or Contact Us forms type "ADVENTURE25" within the body of the text.
• The offers are subject to availability and One Himalaya reserves the right to withdraw them.
• The customer is responsible for having a valid passport and appropriate travel insurance valid for their dates of travel.
• Trips may be added or withdrawn at any time.
• All bookings are subject to One Himalaya’s general Booking Terms and Conditions.
  The offers are subject to trip availability and there is no cash alternative.

Giveaways

• No purchase is necessary. To enter the giveaway draws, individuals must like and share the social media post on the day of the giveaway and sign up to receive news and offers from One Himalaya on or prior to the day of the giveaway.
• Winners will be selected for each prize giveaway draw day the following day by a chance probability factor. 
• Lost, late, incomplete or incomprehensible entries or any containing offensive content will be invalid. The promoter is not responsible for any technical or other issues which impede an entry being submitted correctly and/or in full. No robot or automated entries will be accepted. Only one entry per unique valid email address is eligible and duplicate entries will be deleted. One Himalaya’s decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
• The prize winners will be notified within 24 hours of the time of entry and by email within 2 working days of the draw, when they will be given a promotional code unique to their prize. 
• In the event that the prize notification email being returned as undeliverable or should the winner be unable to accept their prize within 20 working days of being notified, it will be deemed that the winner has forfeited their prize and One Himalaya reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner drawn from all remaining eligible entries.
• A valid UK or Ireland postal address is required for physical prizes. One Himalaya reserves the right to request proof of residency at the stated address and identification for verification before issuing the prize.  
• The prize is a promotional code, that can only be redeemed once, for the winner to use to receive a specific discount, depending on the prize on the day of the draw. The discount is off the tour only and excludes flight and any extras. The prize cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount or the Explore Loyalty scheme.   
• The prize discount cannot be used towards the deposit of a holiday. It will be deducted from the final balance.  
• Prize giveaways are non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, One Himalaya reserves the right to withdraw or amend the prize at any time and without notice.
